Overall, this therapy has been very successful
When I started therapy, I had moderate to severe pain in my hip. The injured left hip was weaker than my right hip and I had a smaller range of motion in the left hip and leg. After completing therapy, there is very little pain in the left hip. Also, the strength and range of motion in the left hip is now equal to the right hip. Overall, this therapy has been very successful.

I am very satisfied with the treatment I received, all therapists are very knowledgeable on what they are doing, their treatment to all patients is excellent and make you feel comfortable during your time here. I saw a difference in my pain from day one to last day, at first pain was intolerable and had difficulty walking; now I can almost walk normal and with no pain.

I’ve seen a lot of progress with my mobility. When I started, I was unable to touch my toes or cross my legs. I can do that very easily. My physical therapy experience in Alta Vista Wellness Center has been incredible. I was injured from my left calf when I started, I had trouble walking, jogging, and running. I felt tightness and pain and was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to run like I used to. However, with time and the care of the physical therapists from Alta Vista, I no longer feel pain nor tightness and I can run, jog, and walk with no problem. Thank you all for being so attentive with me and for helping me get better I am extremely grateful.

What a GREAT team! Everybody is so kind and courteous, always asking how you feel, always checking on you. I left the clinic today with no back pain after 25 years of suffering.
